We are pleased to have you visit us. Our PTS Prototypenteile und System Technik GmbH is situated located in the catchment area of the automotive industry near Stuttgart. Since 2006, we have been focusing on the development, production, and testing of vehicle components, especially exhaust systems and media-carrying components. We manufacture prototypes as well as small series for passenger cars (including racing vehicles), commercial vehicles, as well as air, water, or rail vehicles.

We create value throughout the entire product development process. We have gained our expertise in developing and designing exhaust systems and components by working with all the major car manufacturers for many years. Our in-house toolmaking facility and access to state-of-the-art measurement technology significantly reduce development times.

Prototype production is crucial in this regard. Thanks to our flexibility regarding materials, we hold extensive stocks of materials in all standard tube and sheet metal dimensions, enabling us to meet all customer requirements. This enables us to offer extremely short lead times and maximum flexibility in production. To maintain this flexibility and avoid long lead times, we have invested in our machinery in recent years, becoming independent of suppliers in the process. These investments, coupled with our in-house expertise, enable us to achieve a vertical integration rate of 95%, providing us with the necessary flexibility.
